A while ago I managed to get it to open somehow without getting the error, but I forgot how I did it. But I tried it just now and the error is still there.
Oh. I haven't managed to open the asset files with AssetStudio, but it worked with AssetRipper, though: https://github.com/AssetRipper/AssetRipper
