Email on ticket creation

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if there was a wait to get an email sent to the admin whenever a new ticket is created via the guest submit page? I tried a couple things but none seemed to work.

use webhooks, there is various ways of automating a webhook call to send email, what i personally do which is overkill is use a n8n with a webhook listener to then send a mail on ticket created.
