chore: Build for ARMv7 (32bit arm like in raspberry pis)

This builds the docker container for ARMv7 too, not only 64 bit ARM Addresses #127

I have spotted an issue: prism only supports arm64 and amd64 working on resolution

Prism is a pain in the rear end to use with armv7l or really anything besides aamd64 and arm64, closing this issue
