[FEATURE]-Extend JoinDataComplete to include object that defines join map for XSIG

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Extend JoinDataComplete to include an object that defines joinMap for the XSIG. Case and point CiscoVideoCodec with multiple XSIG. Currently, the joinMap does not describe XSIG signal definition.

Describe alternatives you've considered Possibly adding more detail to root joinMap, but this may not cover the amount of detail required.

I wonder if it makes sense to add a 4th type of join to indicate that something is used for XSig data rather than standard serial data. That at least would be a start. I'm not sure how to represent the order of the data set on the XSig itself though.
