[FEATURE]-Add configuration properties to specify the video and/or audio number for a room

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the EssentialsVideoCodecUiDriver is making a determination based on trying to find the first available value for phone and video number from a codec in a fixed order of precedence. This may not always be desirable for all client site configurations.

Describe the solution you'd like Add configuration properties on the room to specify the source device for audio and video numbers as well as the specific value on each that should return the number, with an option to specify the value explicitly in config if not available as feedback from a real device (ie. ipAddres, sipUir, sipPhoneNumber, e164Alias, h323Id, potsNumber, etc.)
