No documentation on how to update existing netexec installation

I believe this is because it is not a functionality of netexec, but pipx. You can use documentation of pipx for that but if shortly you need run command: pipx upgrade netexec

Yep exactly. Though, this does only update to a new version if released. To get the latest commits do pipx reinstall netexec
