Exporting sprites as .svg causes problems with text sizing

This is a problem that is in other programs too, however here it is especially annoying as some people use penguinmod for art. The problem is that when you export text with a decimal(?) in its size, the decimal will be removed on export. the solution to this is an option to turn your text into a vector object, which is already likely being done in the convert to bitmap code. With this ability, it would also allow people to make cool logos with the vectorized text
