Add topic at start about installation on:

  • Windows
  • OSX
  • Ubuntu

Also, link to specific sections in the manual ( within http://php.net/manual/en/install.php ) which also may mean updating the main installation section as it contains a few outdated parts, and we should include more information about packages (as that's what most people use, I reckon) there too.
