Add in extraction functions to get above and belowground C products. Maps available from the ORNL DAAC

Start with a function that extracts from previously downloaded data as I dont yet see an easy way to automate extraction through an API

You can pull the datafiles to your machine with wget using your ORNL DAAC user credentials like this
