Rework rad2json

Rework rad2json tool to reflect new supported types. Necessary are:

• [ ] Multiple rad files but exported to a single json
• [ ] All bsdfs and shapes

Optional are:

• [ ] Try to map modifiers to known counterparts
• [ ] Try to add .cal files as expressions
