Charge error: co.paystack.android.exceptions.ChargeException: Unknown Error
I kept getting this error when I tried charging my card on live environment. Im using live key for both server side and client (See below screenshots)
Error gotten:
co.paystack.android.exceptions.ChargeException: Unknown Error
PS: I'm charging One Naira (1) can that be the cause?
@FoamStudio you should only use your public key with this library. Your secret key is only safe for use in serverside environments. The public key begins with pk_live.
I'll do some more digging around other reasons why you're seeing an Unknown Error message
@michael-paystack Thanks for the reply. Sure I'm using only the pk_live for the client-side only. The sk is for the server side. I will be waiting for your swift response cause it was working for months until now.
PS: The app is already live and people are unable to make payment cause of this. Please treat as urgent. Thank you.
I was able to charge for android when i updated the sdk from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 but IOS still gives Unknown error.
Closing this because it's had no activity for years. @FoamStudio please file an issue here if iOS is still a problem
