Cannot add a new connection

Postbird version: 0.8.4

OS details:

$ lsb_release -a

I now forget how this should work, but what I am seeing after a fresh install:

1. Visit the "Connection" tab
2. Select "Connect URL"
3. Enter url
4. Click "Connect"
5. New tab appears with name "new"
6. There is no way to save that connection

Alternatively:

1. Visit the "Connection" tab
2. Click "Add"
3. Nothing happens
