Feature request: Import m3u channel list also from URL, not just from local file

So far, channel lists can only imported from the local filesystem where the file has to be copied to first.

I implemented a feature where users can just add a HTTP URL where the channel list will be downloaded from.

Feature can be tested with one of the links of the free and legal m3u repository @jnk22/kodinerds-iptv :-)
