Not listen when reboot the phone

Firstly good package that u've made. Notifications are listen in when i start using the app but when i restart the phone and use the app again the notifications not listen anymore, i watched Notifcaion access in Settings, that's also show Allow but not listen in app.I've to turn off and on again to access the Noti again.
