Doesn't reconnect on boot

Every time I start Chat, I get a connection error. Then I have to disable the account and enable it again to connect.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Reboot with a configured XMPP account.
  2. Error: account is not connected.
  3. Disable account, enable it again.
  4. Account is now connected.
