Not working properly when using opening a website that's pinned to the taskbar

Hello. I have a bug to report (Chrome 46 64 bits on Windows 10)

When I use the chrome feature to pin a website to the taskbar as a new window, and I use the wheel mouse button there, I can't interact with the website anymore, as the mouse cursor won't return to normal. :(

I mean the more tools -> pin to taskbar feature

I'm using Linux, and I don't see a More tools -> Pin to taskbar button. Is it Windows only?

Since I don't have Windows 10, this will be difficult to fix.

Do you have some screenshots showing the problem?
