Packaging for Fedora

This evening I'll start the initial work on packaging this for Fedora.

What scripts do you speak of? What are the dependencies? I can write a spec file if I know the deps.

https://github.com/PathagarBooks/pathagar/tree/master/dist are the scripts that George sent to the XSCE mailing list and I added. I haven't cleaned them up at all.

Neither the current .spec file nor the setup.cfg accurately describe the requirements for the XSCE server, which AFAIK is using psql.
