Ahuana's Bite/Glacial Wave and Bonechill Support "increased damage taken by chill effect" stats don't stack. Only the highest effect should take effect.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Enabling Bonechill with either of the other 2 effects grants a damage bonus.
