What are your system specifications and configuration?
Windows 10 Nvidia 2080 TI v566.36 Default install Path, no weird characters, just simple ASCII.
How to reproduce the issue
Launch App Had error previously, but didnt bother to record it (assume it was the same one, but cant be certain), since Id seen another person reporting that their issue had been fixed with a reinstall, so this was on a fresh reinstall. Worked fine until I attempted to launch the app a second time.

Eh had same shows now that the fine has Virus and mabe thats why wont install properly sent it for analizing with norton hope that will help a bit
Since this sounds like an antivirus issue, I'll refer you to #8473 and close this one.
This is not an AV issue. I dont use Norton, I use Kaspersky, and it had no detections, and my quarantine folder is empty. Windows Defender is also fully disabled on my system.
Ah, sorry, I misread the commenter as being you. I'll open this back up. What does your system say under Settings > System > About > System type?
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edit: Still have to reinstall every time I shut down on the latest version.
What model is your CPU? 14th generation Intel processors are known to cause problems in some cases. You can try reducing the performance core ratio to 54x.
