POB is showing incorrect / not showing some of the delve mods when crafting rings

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When choosing option to craft a new item, and choosing a rare ring (for example, using two-stone ring base), and then trying to add a Delve modifier to it, the list of modifiers should include all currently available modifiers (for example, Curse with Despair on Hit). These modifiers are available in current game version (and have been for long time), and are also clearly visible on Craft of Exile website. You can find many of these on trade site right now.

How does Path of Building behave?

When choosing option to craft a new item, and choosing a rare ring (for example, using two-stone ring base), and then trying to add a Delve modifier to it, the list of Delve modifiers available in dropdown menu is missing currently drop-enabled modifiers. It also contains many drop-disabled modifiers, but i assume that's for standard players. The important thing, however, is that the common modifiers like curse on hit are missing from this list, and thus cannot be added except by typing out the entire item as a "custom" item/modifier.

For example, i am unable to "craft" a ring that has "Curse enemies with Despair on Hit" delve mod. And while these mods are drop only, they ARE used in crafting, as ways to isolate mods etc exist.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Press Craft Item
2. select a rare ring, any base
3. Press Add Modifier
4. In Delve source dropdown, you can see missing modifiers
