Foxshade not working correctly with Life Mastery

What is the value from the calculation in-game?
Foxshade has a number of "on Full Life" effects, but these are NOT tagged with the "Life" modifier type and therefore do not count as life modifiers. In game, this allows for the Life Mastery "15% increased maximum Life if there are no Life Modifiers on Equipped Body Armor" to proc, increasing life by 15%. (In game my life is in the ballpark of 3800, but on PoB it says 3628.)
What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?
Path of Building assumes that these "on Full Life" effects are Life modifiers, and therefore does not add 15% maximum life and underestimates Total Life.
