More map mods support

Built ontop of #8202 (so merge that one first)

Adds support for extra map and eldrtich mods not currently supported

Supports enemy pen, extra phys as random, enemy spell suppression, enemy debuffs expire faster (and their associated map mods)

as well as supports Cycling, Stalwart, Afflicting, of Deceleration, and of Revolt map mods
