Is your feature request related to a problem?

The list of added spectres is long and continues to grow; it can be tedious and time consuming to find the particular one you wish to use in your build. It can be cumbersome to compare how several different spectres will work with your build to improve damage or utility.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to see a search function available on the manage spectres window, similar to how you can search for unique items; and as you type the list grows smaller as more and more items are excluded by your text input.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None. I would think you could re-use the code from the items page with some modifications to make it suitable for spectres. (I do realize sometimes it's not that simple.)
