How is Path of Building expected to behave?

I should be able to craft, or import, a staff or WarStaff with the Elder Influence Mods.

How does Path of Building behave?

Crafting an Elder Staff (warstaff or normal staff) causes the following bug report on hovering over the elder modifiers. This prevents application from creating, or importing such weapons.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Load up a new character.
2. Go to the "Items" Tab.
3. Hit, "Craft Item"
4. Select a "Warstaff" (tested with Judgment, Maelstrom, Ezomyte, and Foul Staff base)
5. Add "Elder Influence"
6. Attempt to place an Elder Modifier onto the weapon.
7. Receive a bug report.
