Shepherd of Souls, a keystone granted by Yaomac's Accord unique vaal sceptre received a rework in patch 3.23. The new effect of the keystone is as follows: Shepherd of Souls: Your Vaal Non-Aura Skills have 80% less Soul Cost and have 100% increased Soul Cost per Vaal Skill you have used in the past 8 seconds. Currently, POB does not apply the initial less Soul Cost or have options for amount of vaal skills used recently.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the keystone to be updated and for POB to calculate the initial less soul cost and have an option for number of vaal skills used in the last 8 seconds in order to properly calculate soul cost.
