PoB starting fine on fresh install but after PC reboot wont open

What are your system specifications and configuration?

Windows 10 x64 RTX2070S AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

How to reproduce the issue

I dont know exactly how to reproduce it. I tried updating my PoB but it took really long so I just uninstalled all versions from my pc (I checked all drives) and downloaded the latest installer. After a fresh install PoB works but after rebooting the PC it wont open up.

I already tried running it as admin, from the PoB direction itself and via shortcut.
