Most Kalandra's Touch corrupted implicit modifiers *should not* work.

What is the behaviour ingame?
The change from #5443 needs to be modified as the "fix" was based on misleading information.
It was discovered that most corrupted implicit on Kalandra's Touch are nonfunctional; the only ones that appear to work currently are ones that "Grant X Skill". Note that it is highly likely that these should also not work, based on official statements by GGG, and may be bugged.
I would recommend that the "fix" be reverted entirely, or at least filtered to invalidate the non-Skill mods.
What is the behaviour in Path of Building?
Currently, the fix from #5443 causes these implicits to work, although they do not work in-game. Additionally, the item should not count as an Equipped item or a Corrupted item for the purposes of Shadowstitch, Voll's Vision, Malachai's Vision, and Corrupted Energy when equipped by itself.
On the other hand, it should count as Corrupted if reflecting a corrupted ring regardless of whether Kalandra's Touch is corrupted or not, which it does not.

I made that pr after the initial post stating the implicits work. Currently there seems to be something weird going on with which mods work and which don't. Allowing all implicits allows the user to leave the mods they wish to take effect on the item and remove the rest by editing it. This will be corrected when more information on how exactly implicit mods on Kalandra's Touch work is available.
