Arakaali's Fang Spiders are not having their poison duration scaled by malevolance

What is the behaviour ingame?

Tested in PvP and with Malevolence, the duration of the base poison increased from 4s to 4.8s.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

PoB is not scaling the duration as it does not have the poisonIsSkillEffect flag on the skill. But if you add the flag then all sources of duration will scale the poison duration which is incorrect. Increased Duration Support does not scale the poison duration, only the effect from Malevolence does
