Watcher's Eye mod Mana as extra ES: PoB uses Base Mana instead of total

What is the expected behaviour/value?

Energy Shield is gained on Total Mana after increased modifiers

What is the actual behaviour/value?

Base Energy Shield is used to calculate the extra ES (before %mana modifiers)

How to reproduce the issue

Equip Watchers Eye with Mod Gain x% of Maximum Mana as Extra Maximum Energy Shield while affected by Clarity activate Clarity Use % increased maximum mana to scale Mana pool

(tested in PoE with no ring vs normal cerulean ring that ES goes up with %increased maximum mana)

In PoB use item set "Lake mirror Ring Cerulean" vs "Lake Mirror Ring" (only Rings are swapped out)
In Cerulean version the ES goes down (as no flat ES from Moonstone Ring).
The Extra ES from the increased mana doesn't apply.
In Calcs Tabcard under Energy Shield Total: 693.54 * [...] is from Watchers Eye Mod
With legacy 18% Jewel this is exactly from the 3853 Base Mana, instead of the 4315 (5086 with cerulean)

Actually PoB might be correct, i have overlooked that the increased Mana is applied together with the %ES on the base ES from Mana
