Jewels can now have 6 mods, but the UI only allow adding 4

What is the expected behaviour/value?

I should be able to add 6 mods

What is the actual behaviour/value?

The UI to add a custom jewel only give 4 options (2 prefis, 2 suffix)

How to reproduce the issue

1. craft item
2. select jewel
3. notice only 2 prefix 2 suffix
