What is the expected behaviour/value?

https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Mantra_of_Flames When using Mantra of Flames buffs with independent duration stacks like fortification hits and trauma should each count as a seperate buff.

What is the actual behaviour/value?

They count as one buff in the case of fortifaction and zero buffs in the case of trauma .

How to reproduce the issue

1. Add Cyclone
2. Add Boneshatter
3. Add Mantra of Flames
4. Configure Trauma and fortification stacks and see they don't change cyclone dps for each stack.

Fortify do not gives mantra stack for Fortify amount but for amount of buffs you have, e.g for each fortifying hit you did. So mantra shouldnt ever account for current Fortify config value (other than adding 1 buff total from it).
