Add support for basic link skill passing.

Fixes https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/issues/4762 .

Description of the problem being solved:

Link skill as a skill type was not being passed. This meant mana, cast speed, etc were not effecting it.
