Add support for right-click reset for config tab options

Right click resets config option to default state if possible. This is related to #4716 but I figured its useful as separate change.

This doesn't seem to respect varData.defaultState used for spectres.

Gonna close this for now I dont rly like how I initially did this, will probs change it to configurable function set from config tab when i will redo this when I will have some time
