Effects of activating a flask aren't shown on mouseover with Saviour Clones active in Full DPS

What is the expected behaviour/value?

Mousing over the "flask active" toggle usually shows what changes with the flask activation ("activating this flask will give you:").

What is the actual behaviour/value?

With Saviour Clones selected in full DPS, mousing over the "flask active" toggle doesn't show any changes. Activating flasks still changes the values on the left-side stats bar (DPS changes when flask is active, for example), but it doesn't show on the tooltip.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Equip The Saviour.
2. Mark Saviour Clones as active in full DPS
3. Equip any flask
