Add new issue templates and try to implement better tagging.

The issue templates are very broad and the bug tagging isn't the best.

This adds dedicated templates along with the new tags for

• Accuracy: wording issues
• Calculations: incorrect calculations e.g. aura effect is not applied correctly
• Behaviours: incorrect behaviours e.g. curse priority is wrong
• Crashes: program crashes or is inoperable due to serve graphical bug.
• Generic bug any remaining normally issues in path of building.

Tried to improve release.yml with these changes as well. The added benefit of this is we get better tagging by users when they create an issue and they hopefully supply better information on issue creation. This also adds a required checkbox "Check for Support" to calculation, behaviour bug reports that encourages users to consider if they should make a feature request or a bug report. This also updates accuracy to more mean incorrect text/wording now. This could be changed however.
