Abhorrent Interrogation increased damage increases damage for minions

What is the expected behaviour/value?

Abhorrent Interrogation shouldn't work on minions, but putting 15 wither stacks increases the damage of minions.

What is the actual behaviour/value?

When adding the gloves and adding wither stucks, minion damage change

Wither stacks also increase damage over time for vortex and righteous fire (which should mean other sources are also increased), which shouldn't happen because the wording is elemental damage with hits.
