• [x] Fix hardcode league name to different stored location (probably best as part of the league selection drop down)
• [x] Make Weighted Sum searches always sort by descending weighted sum
• [x] Add tooltip for URL EditControl to state that CTRL+CLICK will open browser and that browser don't respect encoded sorting specification (GGG is aware, might fix in future) so web-base item list will differ in ordering
