Cluster Jewel's "Added Small Passive Skills Have #% Increased Effect" Does not display on the node correctly

What is the expected behaviour/value?

For "#% Increased Effect" to show increased node effect.

In-game Jewel Node

What is the actual behaviour/value?

"#% Increased Effect does not show increase effect"

In-PoB Jewel Node

The increased effect is still correctly added to calculations. Calcs

How to reproduce the issue

1. Create a Large or Medium Cluster with "Added Small Passive Skills Have #% Increased Effect"
2. Socket jewel into any cluster slot
3. Notice discrepancy between item text and node text
4. Notice calcs displays the correct increase
