What is the expected behaviour/value?

it should take the frequency of released waves (scaled by trap throwing speed) into account

What is the actual behaviour/value?

the dps is calculated as "you can throw X traps per second and they only emmit one wave". the normal trap behavior if it would be an arc trap, for example.

How to reproduce the issue

just take seismic trap as mainskill, activate only it for "full dps"and look at the interaction between trapthrowing speed and full dps

Can confirm this is still occurring.
DPS formula for seismic should be: average_hit * num_traps * base_pulses_per_second * local_effective_trap_throw_speed_multiplier

DPS formula for seismic is currently: average_hit * num_traps * throws_of_seismic_per_second

For builds stacking throw speed, this keeps scaling the PoB dps much faster while not actually increasing the damage per throw at all, or cooldown, resulting in no real gain in dps until the next throw speed for +1 pulse breakpoint is reached.
