Options for Vaal skills when importing

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently when importing a build with Vaal skill gems, the Vaal skill will be active while the base skill is not. I believe this should be the other way around since you generally do not have 100% uptime on Vaal skills.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option when importing to either have both active, or default to the base skill would be ideal.

wish this was sorted out back when ppl first started mentioning it so i wouldn't have to :o really makes you think twice whether importing is important enough for you to go thru all the checkmarks again
