Fix DPS of Channelled Skills with Stages

Divide cast speed by number of Stages

Should be capped, though I don't know if forcing a DPS on skills like this makes much sense, anyway. I realize it's problematic for Full DPS, but we're going to get a lot more confusion by putting a DPS in like this, I think.
