Concentrated Effect Increases Baranite Preacher(Ball Lightning) Damage

When supporting Raise Spectre with Conc Effect, and using Baranite Preacher, POB reports a huge damage increase. I do not believe this should be the case, as I did multiple test in game and saw no difference in damage(Have helm with just minion damage and one with both minion damage and conc effect so was only change in setup).
