Grave block disappears after a few deaths

Grave is still accessible via gui, but grave block disappears.

Also noticed, that grave disappears when there are lots of mobs (in place where grave should be spawned) and I am far away from spawnpoint.

I use default config.

The main issue is probably performant mod, which I am using (can't remove it cuz tps is really low).
