Not reporting TPS correctly in combination with other mods which consume large amounts of CPU without affecting TPS

The default placeholders for the TPS is not reporting the correct values.

Reproducing:

1. Install the following mods:

• Styled Player List
• Chunky Pregenerator
• TabTPS

2. Configure player list to show both the TPS.
3. Execute /tabtps toggle actionbar to display actual tps on the action bar.
4. Start chunky pregenerator.
5. Watch TPS

Displayed TPS is incorrect: Correct TPS:

During both screenshots, a chunky pregeneration task is being executed, which consumes the server's CPU for generating chunks. The low tps of about 5 is also observed in game.
