[Request] Support `FabricClientCommandSource` as a `PlaceholderContext`

Although FabricClientCommandSource doesn't provide as much data as ServerCommandSource, it would be nice if it were supported.

Registered placeholders weren't really designed to work on client (custom ones should still work through)
