Allow Laravel 6.x and 7.x

It's impossible now to use the package with Laravel 6.x or 7.x. However, everything works like a charm with these versions. Please, allow Laravel 6.x and 7.x in composer.json. It will help people who need to work with the Parse from Laravel.
