If it is 90% of use-cases, then I think calling it `nestedTransaction` is an unnecessary visual bloat. Especially if nesting `transaction` calls is already an established pattern in other libraries....

@igalklebanov You raise some very good points that I didn't consider. There's way more implicit behavior in nested transactions, like, as you mentioned, transaction settings that _won't_ apply when nested....

What about `inTransaction`? Or `isInTansaction`? And make it a property getter rather than a method.

Another thing that came to my mind is to check your Node version. AsyncLocalStorage was made stable in v16, but there were still some issues with propagation in certain situations...
