[BUG] Mangas not bookmarked dont get their image updated when opening

Describe the Bug

If a manga that is not in your library (not tested if the ones in your library have a different behaviour) has an old image url and you click on the manga, no new update fetch is happening, this means that the app doesnt check if there is a new image. Meta Information at all aren't updated for mangas that aren't in your library.

For mangas in your library you can atleast refresh the meta information yourself with a button click, which you cant for non library mangas.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Locate a manga in the discover page or in the search
2. Click on it
3. Check if Meta Information gets updated
