app [REQUEST]: Add the top bar pull down feature back in

Description In 0.7 the app has a feature that lets you pull the reader down from the top bar, but this was removed in the 0.8 alpha. A lot of people miss this feature and would love to see it return.

How would it improve the App? Gives the user the option to check other stuff in the app between reading while keeping an easy way to access the reader again at any time and continue where he left off.

In addition the info button for the manga you are currently reading that disappeared with it was also neat feature

I noticed this feature was missing immediately. It was basically the main way I exited from reading a chapter in 0.7...I hope that the feature makes a comeback, it matches the design language of iOS and iPadOS.

EDIT: Lol.. just tried it and it really worked, what the hell?! I didn't even know it existed, what the hell, this makes things a lot easier

This feature has been added back in in version 0.9.
