[BUG] While Reading, Switching Between Portrait and Landscape Changes Current Page
Describe the bug In the reader, when switching between Landscape and Portrait modes, the current page unexpectedly changes. Sometimes by more than a dozen pages or so.
To Reproduce When reading anything, switch between portrait and landscape modes. Once you attempt to scroll the page, you'll see the position change.
Expected behaviour Switching between Landscape and Portrait mode should maintain at least the page number. Ideally it would also maintain position on that page.

This has been an issue old
It either snaps to top or bottom of a page from the assumptions I make
And it is glaring when you have webtoons that feel like 10 pages and it snaps to top or bottom when rotating
Would be interesting to see how they resolve this but yea this would be an awesome change
